Detox in the Right Order to Heal | Kyle Peche & Eva Hooft

Intro summary

Kyle Peche of Jyoti Mineral Balancing and Eva Hooft of The Realignment Method return to Integrative Thoughts to talk about Detox Mastery, their six-month practitioner training that puts detoxification, HTMA-based mineral balancing, somatics and nervous-system work, and practice-building in one sequenced method.

Kyle walks through the order they use with clients: stabilize first (the limbic system, mast cells and the gut), then open drainage (liver, lymph, circulation), then deepen mineral balancing, and only later reach for advanced tools like parasite cleansing, retroviral stress and high-dose B1. Eva explains why limbic retraining and somatic work come first for ultra-sensitive clients and shares a calcium-shell case story. Matthew shares his own detox missteps and why he likes a binder after liver and enema work.

They also cover what most trainings leave out: getting clients, when to outsource, using AI responsibly, why a symptom assessment can beat a stack of functional labs, and the optional Embodiment Path.

What we discuss

  • Why two practitioners who crashed doing detox "right" built a training together

  • What standard health-coaching and mineral-balancing certifications leave out

  • The client sequence: stabilize (limbic, mast cells, gut), open drainage, deepen mineral balancing, then the advanced tools

  • Why Eva starts ultra-sensitive clients with limbic retraining and somatic work

  • The calcium-shell story, and how emotional work and physical protocols overlap

  • Kyle's Five Levels of Healing framework

  • The cleanses they teach: colon, gut, liver, lymphatic and parasite work

  • "Learn the 30 best supplements, not 200," and why order beats the newest product

  • Binders after liver flushes, enemas and sauna work

  • The four pillars of Detox Mastery, plus the business pillar: content, lead flow, outsourcing and AI

  • Symptom assessment vs. functional testing, and where HTMA fits

  • The optional Embodiment Path

Meet the guests

Kyle Peche is the founder of Jyoti Mineral Balancing. He got severely ill at 18 and spent years cycling through detox protocols that helped and then made him worse, until mineral balancing gave him the energy to detox in the right order. He does mainly one-on-one coaching and co-leads Detox Mastery with Eva.

Eva Hooft is the founder of The Realignment Method. After about a decade of severe health issues, including maxing out on liver flushes, enzymes and chelators and a near-death experience (told on her earlier Integrative Thoughts episode), she built a group-based practice that combines detox, mineral balancing, somatics and limbic work.

Key takeaways

  • Sequence matters as much as the tool. Kyle: people "may have already done all the right things. It was just in the wrong order."

  • Stabilize first (limbic safety, mast cells, gut), then open drainage (liver, lymph, circulation), then push mineral balancing, and save the advanced tools for later.

  • For ultra-sensitive clients, the training leans on limbic retraining and somatic work, sometimes with only minimal supplements at first.

  • Take a binder after liver flushes, enemas, sauna and lymph work so whatever gets mobilized has somewhere to go.

  • Learn a small set of tools deeply (Eva's "30 best") instead of chasing every new detox supplement.

  • Detox Mastery has four pillars: detoxification, mineral balancing (HTMA, Eck and Wilson framework), somatics and nervous system, and practice-building.

  • A thorough symptom assessment plus HTMA can show the foundation before you spend thousands on functional labs.

"Learn the 30 best ones that you're gonna see the best results with and learn them really well." (Eva Hooft)
"This is literally the training that we wish we had." (Eva Hooft)
